Why is this site http://www.despairingly.com/ allowed to keep old profile information with pictures?

Question

The pictures they have on their site even have the second life search text on them.  Are not our profiles copyrighted to the author?  I don't understand how my avie profile got on this site.  Anyone have a clue on how to get it off?

Thanks.  I'm realizing that I probably should just say "oh well" and forget about it.  Since really what can be done.

Welcome to Second Life Answers, Sarinah.

I'd be inclined to let it go. It's an out-of-date Second Life profile. What harm is it doing anyone by sitting there, apart from cluttering up some server(?) somewhere.

You should see some of the first life stuff that relates to me from more than nine years ago that still sits on various out-of-date websites.

Edited to add:

If you want to add any more to this thread, as the Answers section does not have a "reply" button, you can do so by clicking on "options" at the top right hand corner of your original post and "edit".
