Why is this site http://www.despairingly.com/ allowed to keep old profile information with pictures?

The pictures they have on their site even have the second life search text on them.  Are not our profiles copyrighted to the author?  I don't understand how my avie profile got on this site.  Anyone have a clue on how to get it off?

You can always email the site owner and ask for a removal of the information based on copyright infringement.  Make the email formal without making threats.  The kind of letter a good lawyer might write.

Welcome to Second Life Answers, Sarinah.

I'd be inclined to let it go. It's an out-of-date Second Life profile. What harm is it doing anyone by sitting there, apart from cluttering up some server(?) somewhere.

You should see some of the first life stuff that relates to me from more than nine years ago that still sits on various out-of-date websites.
