I want to rent this land like this;

1) You will contact me, Gumi Yao and tell Yao the new group name you want to join to mange this land.

2) Gumi yao will make new group, and deed this land to the group. Payment to Governer due to only Gumi Yao.

3) You will join this group. And you will have many ability about land and group, for example Edit Terrain, change parcel name and music, Invite new group member etc.

When you will leave this land, the group will close. :)

 If you will build too ugly construction, I won't rent the parce.
