In answer to your highly detailed question:

Direct delivery has been launched so there is huge extra traffic as merchants convert their products
Money may or may not be taken from the customer
Money may or may not reach the merchant
The shopping cart more or less doesn't work
Lots of deliveries fail
Many that succeed take several hours to be delivered
Except at the weekends when the whole thing gets slower
And early mornings
No-one knows whether anything has been delivered, or even sent

(If you really want to know what's happening try looking in the merchants' forum. It's not a pretty sight)

Have you tried shopping IN WORLD - THAT PLACE CALLED SL? And why are you shouting at us other residents instead of LL?
