Did you check the Account >> Transaction History on your dashboard at secondlife.com?  That's where the accurate records of all transactions are.  The number that appears on your viewer screen in world is often not in sync with the official record.  You can sometimes encourage it to update by clicking on the number (not the Buy L$ symbol) a few times, but it's best to just check your dashboard.

If there's nothing there after an hour or so, call Linden Lab's billing office and ask.  If you have a non-technical issue related to billing concerns, you can call the Linden Lab billing team at the following toll-free numbers:
