why does my profile page locked , and how i get it unlocked ??

when i try accessing my profile page to switch pixs or add  stuff will not let me in , been like that since SL shut my account down lastmonth

:smileysurprised: How the heck did you connect to this website if your account was closed? I do find you in inworld search but your profile is completely blank.

When doing a search on SL's website, I get this:

This name is unavailable.

You may have to file a support case on this one: Account issue. Not too sure you should file that under Abuse appeal (if your account was shut down for ToS violation) or reactivate an old account.
