SL Viewer problem : no World display

I have not been playing Second Life for more tha a year...I'd like to play it again

I made a clean install of the latest viewer 3.3.0 (I also tried 3.2.6 and 3.2.8)

And I have a big problem: the only thing I can see is the sky (wherever I go)
I can also see my and others avatars names, thats all

The viewer itself seems to work fine when it comes to menus, windows, keys, everything is ok, but no world and avatars display :/

Any idea to fix this issue ?

@irene, if you ever had read the "duplicate" you would know that they could not help and this is a great ressource for the Help Section and not the Forum Section. so please help Miho if you can.

I have read the duplicate. Post here that link is for future helpers know what solutions have been offered, if someone asked the specifications of computer (asked without response), etc. The system of this Answers forum is very limited, beaceuse the OP cannot wirte new messages, only can edit the question and add comments in "permalink" (usually hidden to readers).
