Won't let me enter the game!

Well im brand new to SL (like I made this acc about 2 days ago) and I was able to log in once and everything and now everytime I try to log in, it all loads but when it goes to "Handshaking Region" it loads for a little while then it says that either my internets not working or there is a problem with the servers even though my internet is perfectly fine and the servers are up because it says that X world has X amount of people, please help because this game looks amazing but it won't work for the life of me!

The "Waiting for Region Handshake" message occurs when the Second Life Viewer does not receive an acknowledgement from the server.  The usual cause of this error is a firewall blocking UDP packets. Reconfigure your firewall to resolve this problem.
