Olá, você fez compras no mundo virtual e aparentemente houve problemas.

Inicialmente acesse a sua conta no site da Linden Lab para ver se o valor de sua compra foi debitada.

 Fazer logon no site do Second Life.


Entendendo o seu histórico de transações

Analise cuidadosamente o que pagou e o que recebeu.

Caso tenha havido algum problema, deve contatar o vendedor de produtos e solicitar o reenvio do produto.

Crie um notecard, cole nele o histórico de sua compra e envie ao vendedor. 

Renomeie o notecard com o nome de seu avatar. Assine o notecard, para facilitar saber de quem se trata.

Certifique-se que o seu inventário está carregado ao se logar, ou seja escreva no filtro do inventário a letra a , w .

Assim força o inventario carregar mais rápido.

Para resolver qualquer problema, sempre contate o vendedor ou use um canal apropriado.
