A problem with entering the game?

When I did the first step and enter till the place I want to go to  I receive A message that I stay logged off of second life, , my region Kane have A problem and I have to control my internet ?  what do I have to do?

You could change your Login Location. Choose Region Smith

You still haven't told us much that is useful.  The region named Kane is active and currently accessible  (see http://gridsurvey.com/display.php?id=3536 ).  I gave you a list of the sorts of things that might give us a clue what your problem is.  If you have information to add, follow my previous instructions and click on the Options link in the upper right corner of your question.  Select EDIT.  Again, please do NOT start a new thread.
