It's been a while since I didn't hear from her inworld, and she hasn't posted here for quite a long time. I was suprised she missed the Oscar thread... And even more if she misses this one. @ Randall, since Philip is not the big boss anymore, his avi looks pretty useless. I have absolutely no idea about what to do with him!
