I was about to sell those land to help for the tier, but it pains me as this is an awesomely calm and nice area despite it's mainland.

I've been owning this land for 5 years and the neighbors are quiet and have taste in classic design. Althought it is a mature area, we never end up surprised by naked psychoes lol

I just love it..

So I am proposing to rent them instead so as to keep this quality around.

The parcels are surrounded by few single prim forest which makes it private and beautiful and fitting for any country, victorian, medieval building and landscaping.I can add some if you wish and even could provide you with nice a home in those styles if you can't afford one atm.

To afford the tier, I'd need rents of 1750 L$/month per 1024sqm

(multiplied or divided if join or split)

Until those are all rented I might be able to accept offers for now.

The prims per parcels are usualy of 234, but I can allow more without any issues (no extra charge)
