Shopping cart purchases The next step???

Question

I purchased two dresses from *DNR* at the same time.  My account was charged for both items but only one item was delivered.  The first dress came right away. The second dress still has not shown up.  What can I do?

 

Got your answers and thank you!!!  Checked the links and yes both items show they were delivered but only one dress is in my inventory.  So I went to the next link and put in the undelivered items.  Only nothing comes up.  Its just a circular dog chasing tale.  Takes me right back to the knowledge base and tells me how to buy more lindens.  I don't want to buy more lindens right now.  I just want the items I purchased and already paid for.  Any other suggestions?  This should be easy.  Not such a pain.  The item didn't come there should be a way to get redelivery.  Any suggestions would be so welcome,  I am so frustrated at this point.

Deliveries from the Marketplace can take up to 24 hours.  If you haven't received your item by then, and your transaction log shows you were billed for it, send an IM or notecard to the merchant and request a redelivery.

I recommend that you do not use the shopping cart feature of the Marketplace, but purchase items one at a time with the "Buy Now" button.  The shopping cart is very buggy.

See your Order History ( https://marketplace.secondlife.com/orders ) in the Marketplace. If really the item has been delivered and you have been charged (see your Account History in your Dashboard: https://secondlife.com/my/account/transactions.php?lang=en ) then read the Knowledge Base about "Unreceived items":

Unreceived items

Has it been more than 24 hours since you ordered? If so, contact the merchant, explain what happened, and politely request redelivery of the item. If it has been less than 24 hours, please be patient and check again later. If the merchant doesn't respond, you can submit a support case requesting redelivery. Make sure to include the order number and the exact name of the undelivered item(s).

Slow deliveries may currently be more noticeable because you now have a cart to which you can add multiple items. (This wasn't the case with the old Xstreet, which closed for purchases in October 2010.) Unfortunately, we can only send so many items at a time.
