What are the icons at the end of the browser bar or location address? i.e. star, heart

I have noticed icons at the end of the browser/location bar, example star and heart.  What are they and can we set?

I think the star means that the location is listed in Events and I know the Heart means that Damage is enabled.

Some icons can be set in the About Land page and other Icons for Events appear after the Land has been listed in Events using the Classifieds.
