How do you sell used items on the Marketplace?

There is a category on the Marketplace called Used items. Is it still possible to sell used items on the Marketplace? If so, besides needing the proper permissions are there any rules to be followed when selling used items?

These used items are not necessarily full perm. You'd better contact the creator to ask permissions before you sell any of them. The intellectual properties apply to these items too, unless they are full perm, and even tough, I would ask if  were you to avoid any problem.

Of course, the items have to be transferrable. Other than that, the main rule is not to interfere with the intellectual property rights of the original creator. The item also needs to be in working/usable condition, although it's not specified in the guidelines. (I suppose you could sell broken content, but you could also expect to be reported to LL for it, and probably to the original content creator. At least, that's what I would do.)

Basically, when you post it, make sure that you mention that it is used, and give credit to the original creator.
