As Valarie said, you will have to find the Malaysian on your own. Aside from looking in search as suggested, you could also make a post in various forums having to do with Second Life or virtual worlds asking for Malaysian to contact you.  This is the official forum, but others can be found using Google, that are not run by Linden Lab.

You could hold an event  or meeting for Malaysian interested in meeting each other and participating in your project and post it in the Events Calendar.  You can read the rules for posting an event and post one here.

If a group does not already exist that is helpful, You could form a group yourself for Malaysian residents that shows in search and that people can join.

If you find Malaysian clubs or places for Malaysian to hang out and they are public places, you can teleport from search.  The only way you can teleport to individual people would be to contact then via IM and ask them to teleport you or tell you where they are.  Unless a person is your friend and has giving you mapping rights, or has specifically agreed to voluntarily wear a tracker, there is no legal way to find out where someone is when they are online other than asking.

Here is a link to users by country statistics but it was published in 2007.

Presumably the information you want is available from Linden Labs, if you ask them. However, although they may give you the number of users logging in from Malaysia, they certainly wont give you any in-world names as this is private information.
