Not exactly sure what you mean by your terminology. You have 117 prims to use in your home unless things have changed or you have the "extra special version" that you pay extra for. Actually you get a bonus on a Linden Home as the other choice (your own piece of mainland which you need to purchase) gives you 117 prims and NO house.

So if you are out of prims, the only option you have is to take something away in order to put something new in. It doesn't take long to learn that 117 prims doesn't go too far unless you are VERY careful. I have a 117 lot overlooking a long suspension bridge. It is nicely decorated and I love it, but it wasn't easy. You need to buy your furnishing with the LOW PRIM idea in mind.

Good luck. You can always give up your free home and buy a piece of land and pay extra tier. Lots of folks do.

Your prim allotment is directly proportional to the area of the parcel you own.  To get more prims, you need to own a larger parcel.  Your Linden Home is on a 512m x 512 m parcel, for which the allotment is 117 prims.  You cannot increase the size of a Linden Home parcel, so you are stuck with a maximum of 117 prims.  If you are a careful shopper or builder, you can do an amazing amount with 117 prims.  If not, you can eat up the entire allotment with a single 117 prim sex bed.
