Why for the last 2 months, have I not been able to purchase L$ either in world or from SL Home page?

I'm not sure why this happens but it has happened to me too.  The one area I seem to see constant problems is with PayPay where most credit cards work.

But, I also know that Wells Fargo and other banks will not process for SL unless you contact them and allow this.  I would start with your credit card company and see if they have recently declined any transactions from SL.
