Strange Error Message in Local Chat (please someone help)

This is a wierd problem , I thought maybe it was coming from a translator, but now I do not have a clue. it started a few months agao, and I could not find out what the problem was, so I switched to Pheonix. Since it had been a while, I decided to switch back to the SL veiwer, and to my surprise the error is still there. It is in the local chat box every single time I use it, which is a lot, as I am in role play. this is the message,  (Translation failed: the parameter 'appId' must contain at least '16' characters Parameter name: appId). Please, someone, has to know what this is, besides this, everything is in excellent running order.

Hi Paris. I'm using Firestorm but I assume it's the same in Pheonix, go to chat, general, at the bottom you should see Chat Translation Settings. Open that and uncheck the box. That should take care of your problem.
