Instant Debit is how i use to get my Lindens, have they taken this method of payment away?

Instant Debit (*edit) is how i use to get my Lindens, have they taken this method of payment away? 

I have always had issues locating it in the option of payment method, but after come back from several month of not adding to my lindens I have notice changes at the "cashier" and can not find it at all now. I am pretty sure it use to be shown along the bottom of the window.  

Have they taken this option away? or am i having one of my air head moments again lol.

EDIT. here is an expample of such an air head moment.....instant debt is slang lol it is called INSTANT DEBIT.....

I never heard of Instant Debt nor can I find any reference to it on Google apart from your post. I'm intrigued. What is it?
