I can not open my cart to complete my purchases

It keeps saying that they've been informed of this problem and they'll be right back when I click on "cart" but it's been like this for.....I don't know, a month maybe? How do I get this fixed? I can't get to my cart.

I'm not experiencing that problem but the SL website is generally acting up lately for me with many HTTP 400 errors and I have to reclick links a few times to open the web page. I would suggest you open a ticket with Support. Click the Help menu above and follow the links to Contact Support. Create a support case and select Marketplace > General Marketplace Issues, fill in details of your problem and submit.

Hello Rozmere and welcome to SL Forums. Nyll is right. As CommerceTeam Linden reports here, is good to submit a ticket --> Marketplace --> General Marketplace Issues. Report the problem there, include a pic with your shopping cart showing your items inside and wait for a reply.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we as residents can do. You will have to wait until Support fixes this for you.
