HELP! No matter how many times I load and reload my viewer, when I log in I am unable to open it.

HELP!  No matter how many times I try to open up my viewer and open my profile, I see nothing but a white box with the message "user unavailable."  What gives?  I just want to be able to open up and edit my profile.  Thanks!

Edit your profile at http://my.secondlife.com/Steve.Jaxxon .  You should be able to do that, and it doesn't require logging in to SL.

ETA:   OK, I see what you mean... If I go to my.secondlife.com I see the "user unavailable" message too.  If I look for your profile in world, though, it's there. That's very odd.  I'm momentarily puzzled.

I also see this name is unavailable when I try to look at Steve Jaxxon's profile. This would make me think the account is banned, on suspension, or pending cancellation. Can you log in inworld? If not, check your emails. If nothing, contact support. Something's up.

Hello Steve and welcome to SL Forums. My feeling is that we can't help and you have to contact LL for support. So submit a ticket --> Account issue --> Second Life Web Login issues. Report there the problem and the error message you get and wait for a reply. Good luck.
