I can not login help please

I can not login
and I tried several times and this appears
logging in,.
Requesting region capabilities, Attempt 2 ...
waiting for region handshake ...
and Then it stops and Appears
Having trouble we are connecting. there may be a problem with your internet connection or the second life can grid.you Either check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes, click to view help support the second life portal, or click Attempt to teleport to teleport home.

I already tried and teleport to another region and still nothing
what can i do?

Teleporting won't work unless you are already logged in, and you aren't. The "Waiting for Region Handshake" message occurs when the Second Life Viewer does not receive an acknowledgement from the server.  The usual cause of this error is a firewall blocking UDP packets. Reconfigure your firewall to resolve this problem.
