Can't edit my profile, all i get is a blank page

i can't edit my profile, no tools in the edit window, blank page with just my name on it

That sounds like a browser problem.  Try refreshing the page or, if that doesn't work, using a different browser.

Are you using the internal browser, which opens if you try to edit your profile from within the viewer?

Or an external browser? 

I'm guessing you are using the viewer's internal profile. Try using the web version. See: http://my.secondlife.com/ 

Also, when something like this goes wrong, look at: Second Life Grid Status Reports. If the problem is serious and a couple of hours old a notice will appear there. Today at 2:20 PM PT I can't get to my profile via Chrome. So, something is wrong with the web servers.
