Tyce Ansar Posted February 15, 2012 Share Posted February 15, 2012 So, as I mentioned in the last thread I started, I had issues with all the prims coming up as a purple-pink color after installing 3.2.8. This problem was corrected after I downloaded and installed the latest drivers for my graphics card. Now Second Life runs exceedingly slow (the Client and Network lights on the lag meter are red). Thinking that perhaps the issue lie with my internet, I closed SL and proceeded to run a couple other online games (one not as demanding on resources as SL and the other just as demanding). These ran with no problem, nothing was different. I also tried reducing my graphics settings and increasing bandwith with no change on SL itself.So I'm wondering if maybe the problem might be on the SL servers itself? Is it possible that the lag I am getting might be due to maintainance being conducted or something? I might be wrong but a little confirmation is all I'm asking....
