Can someone please help me with my hippo updater?

I purchased the hippo updater but can't get the server to even recognize my test item. The maker has the worst customer support I've ever seen. I've been trying for a reply for a week.

 

If someone uses this product I would appreciate your guidance immensley.

 

BTW, I tried Hippo Support and never got a reply. Hippo was a creator I liked, but after this and finding most of thier stuff is stolen or copied opensource stuff I have decided that Hippo is the crappiest con artist group in SL.

Hippo's customer support is great.  If you are having trouble with a product, you ought to be able to visit their store in world and send a message directly to their support crew.  You can also sometimes get an update for your product there as well, if one is available.
