I hope you understand the scope of what you're asking for. As for as the man hours and talent required to produce an entire web backed combat system.

I have made one, MSDCS game v2.0, has a currency system and commodities to trade and make, took almost 2 years to make, it will be released by the end of the month, I really don't think you could afford to pay a team of scripters to do it, I think you will find the cost to be in excess of 10million lindens, as for web profiles, lol have you any idea on the monthly web cost for just that, I think you should research things first.

 

PS: you will not make enough to justify a web based system, you will need 1000's playing and buying everyday, but that is basic research you havent done, so to me it seems you want somthing that is way out of reach of you.
