I think this is a reference to media on a prim.

As an example you will get an error message if you try and play some sites output on a prim, saying that it is not html5 compatible.

VWR-24435 relates as of Jan 2011 and was marked "minor" - I tested today and it still seems to be an issue.

I used a sample video from youtube it was nothing special.
