what is this "mesh queue" notification?

Some sort of display has popped up in the lower right corner of my viewer, it says:

"Mesh Queue - 168 pending (0:0 header } 32:0 LOD)"

What the heck is this and how can I turn it off?

Hello rory and welcome to SL Forums. Mesh queue indicates that arround you one or more mesh objects are rezzing. I don't know how you can hide it.

There are several debuging and troubleshooting screens or consoles built into the viewer. You accidently found the  key combination for one of them.

They can also be accessed via the top menu in Develop->Consoles. The menu also gives the shortcut keys. You'll be able to see which one is enabled and disable it.

If your top menu does not have a DEVELOP item, press Ctrl-Alt-Q to reveal it.

Which one in Develop is it? I had neither disabled or enabled any of them that I was aware of, it just showed up one day, I logged out and logged back in and it was gone. This happened twice with several days in between occurrences.
