Looking For Marketplaces and Stalls to setup

Looking for effienct pricing to setup around 10-18 prims and L cost around  100L a week or less in spots, I am NOT looking for 25 prims and 150L, I pay for what I need and no more.

Negotiation:  The art of each starting with a set of objectives and meeting somewhere in the middle where it balances and both are happy.

Just as a suggestion, don't forget that the sim owner also has their offer on the table and that might be 25 prims for L$150 or more.

If that place for L$150 is a far better place from a sales perspective then having a stubborn perspective that there's more prims that you need isn't the better outcome in the end is it?

A venue that sells but costs L$2000 a month is far more value than one that is L$100 and sells nothing.

I agree if they have a selling point, that costs more then ti does to rent, then am happy to rent, If am just sitting in a spot taht has folks run by and not buy anything, then I see no reason to keep renting.
