what to do if more then a week i get same message in the marketplace and can't buy things?

More then a week i get the same message when i try to buy things on the market place. It says "

So sorry to keep you waiting. We'll be right back!

We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly Continue shopping...which is ridiculous as i can't do that after getting that message and my shopping card seems stuck. O.o what to do ? Please help !!!!! \o/

Hello Antea. Clear your browser's cache, relog in your dashboard or try a difference browser. If the problem remains submit a ticket --> Marketplace --> General Marketplace Issues. Report the problem there including the error mesage(s) you get, also a pic which shows the items in your shopping card and wait for a reply.
