Why cant I buy lindens, it worked one min. and not the next. The card is good, whats up??

So my bank account is good and ready for shopping and I was able to make a purchase, now i want more lindens and it keeps saying payment cancelled online and if i make it inworld the money never arrives. Is Linden Labs having issues? Whats going on???
