Where is your Home (see the KB article Setting your Home) is nor related with undelivered items from Marketplace.

See your Order History ( https://marketplace.secondlife.com/orders ) in the Marketplace. If really the item has been delivered and you have been charged (see your Account History in your Dashboard: https://secondlife.com/my/account/transactions.php?lang=en ) then read the Knowledge Base about "Unreceived items":

Unreceived items

Has it been more than 24 hours since you ordered? If so, contact the merchant, explain what happened, and politely request redelivery of the item. If it has been less than 24 hours, please be patient and check again later. If the merchant doesn't respond, you can submit a support case requesting redelivery. Make sure to include the order number and the exact name of the undelivered item(s).

Slow deliveries may currently be more noticeable because you now have a cart to which you can add multiple items. (This wasn't the case with the old Xstreet, which closed for purchases in October 2010.) Unfortunately, we can only send so many items at a time.

32px-KBnote.png Note: There are several interrelated causes that slow down delivery. We are hard at work on creating a faster and more reliable Marketplace system that will soon make Magic Boxes obsolete.

Setting the shop as Home only means that you can return to that spot instantly if you type CTRL + Shift + H or click your viewer's Home button.  It doesn't do anything else. Anything that you purchase on Marketplace is delivered directly to your inventory. If things you ordered haven't arrived, you will need to send each merchant a polite note that includes the details of your order (cut and pasted from your Transaction History) and asks for a redelivery. Not that it helps now, but to remember for the future:

(1) Don't overuse the Marketplace shopping cart. It is easily confused if you put more than a couple of things in it.

(2) Don't buy things from Marketplace (especially LOTS of things) unless you are in world to receive them at the time. We each have an "in box" that holds IMs, notecards, group notices, group invitations, and anything that is delivered to us if we aren't in world at the time. That "in box" can only hold 25 things, total. If anything else comes in, it isn't saved. It is gone ... poof .... forever. If you have a mess of things delivered from Marketplace and half your friends send you notecards, that in box will be capped and you will never know what happened.
