Login Failed - Second Life cannot be accessed from this computer

There I was, AFK, so I could update my ps3, however during that time, my internet died(the lights on my BT modem were all blue but no connection can be made all I would get is "DNS lookup failed") so I pressed restart on my modem, got my connection back however I then got "Second Life cannot be accessed from this computer". I know this means I have been banned but I checked my BOTH my emails and my spam folder and I never got a email about this, in fact I received an email about valentines day. I was afk so I couldn't have done anything wrong and my parents were asleep (this all happened at like 3am) so they couldn't have done anything. What should I do?

Unplug your router completely from the power. Go get a hot cocoa. Plug your modem back on and restart your computer. Login to the web. This should refresh your IP. Then try to log to SL. If you still have this message, you will have to contact the support or file an appeal.

Thank you for all your help, it worked like a charm. You really did me a solid here, now I can get on SL again and as a bonus a hot chocolate to relax with, so again cheers for the help Valerie.
