marketplace rate and review without purchase: is that possible?

Hello,

I have recently got a review and rate of a person who hasnt purchased the item she is talking about.

The review says the delivery never happens. Yet I do not see any trace of the purchase in my transactions merchant history.

Is it possible to rate and review an item while the transaction (not been paid) has not taken place?

I got a bad review and rate for the delivery failure. I feel a bit helpless.

The customer didn't get in touch with me explaining the failure either.

Frustrating.

not delivered

paid 2-1-2012 order id 53676021 not delivered as of 2-6-2012 altho it says delivered it wasn't and it was ordered at the same time in the same cart as another purchase which was received.
