when i make a purchase in sl or on the marketplace, nothing is delivered to inventory

when i make a purchase in sl or on the marketplace, no popup shows up in sl or firestorm client, asking if i accept the purchase, thus the thing i purchased is not delivered into my inventory. also, i dont know if this is related but i cant teleport and mesh objects dont show up.
