Just in case your question wasn't about the cost of being a Premium member .... You don't have any "impact" at all.  You aren't wearing some sort of badge, so nobody else knows that you are a Premium member.  You don't get voting rights or a key to the executive washroom.  You aren't first in line if your landlord goes belly up and owes L$ to creditors.  You can't fly higher, and you don't get a "get Out Of Jail Free" card if you are banned.  Mostly, you get to pay for your membership, you get to buy on the Mainland if you want to, and you get to use Live Chat and the Premium Sandboxes.

I'm going to guess that perhaps your question is about prims.  The new term being used for mesh objects is land impact.  Impact refers to the number of prim that an object "takes" from the land prim allotment.  Up until now a prim was a prim was a prim.  1 prim = 1 Impact.  Mesh objects changed the rules so instead of referring to the prim count of an object, the Edit window now calls it impact.

All that said, prim count and impact are related to the land and NOT to your account.  You have to be a premium account to own mainland and you get your first 512sqm tier for free.  A 512sqm land parcel will support 117 prim.  So as you buy or build objects, you must be aware of how many prim make up the entire object or in the case of a mesh object, how much impact (prim count) is charged against the land.
