 my sim is offline since hours what  can i do?

If you are the owner of the sim, you can contact Live Chat and ask them why your sim is offline.

If you're not the owner, contact the sim owner.  If you are mainland then Live Chat might able to help you.  You can also check http://status.secondlifegrid.net/ ............but I see no posted issues at the moment.  You can also check http://gridsurvey.com/ .  That site lists the online and offline sims.  Right now they are reporting 31 Private Estates as offline so you can search to see if your sim in one of those.  I'm not sure how often the site is updated but it's pretty current.

And I've just noticed on the grid status, that Live Chat are having maintenance in a couple of minutes time for two hours - Adara had better be quick!

Hello Adana and welcome to SL Forums. As already mentioned, when your region is offline you can submit a ticket --> Land & Region --> Report an offline region. If you are a premium you can use the Livechat.

However maybe this moment you can't use something because now (or next minutes)  starts planned maintenance for Live Chat and Case submission systems which will last about 2 hours according http://status.secondlifegrid.net/ but of course you can give a try. Good luck.

Yeah, I see that........wonder why they didn't wait until 8 pm Pacific Time instead. Live chat is closed at 8. Someone whats to get home early tonight so they are nice and rested for the Super Bowl tomorrow? LOL
