Does the normal search work for you? It could be that some antivirus software (for instance Norton is great at this!) deleted the slplugin.exe file because it thinks it's a virus and then the internal web browser won't work anymore. In that case you should add an exception to whatever virus scanner you are using and install the viewer again.
