What are your computer's specifications? Which viewer did you download? Did you have any trouble installing it? We cannot be of much help without knowing more, Shania...

You can add information to your post using the "Options" button at the upper right corner of your question: "Edit" to add text. :smileyhappy:

If the viewer will start at all, click Help->About... before logging in. Copy paste that info into your post.

If you can't start the viewer at all, check the Linden Lab System Requirements | Second Life. You can use DXDiag from the command line if you are on Windows. Or you can get CPU-Z and GPU-Z to get your system specs. Both are free programs.
