Avatar is missing in sl and and wont let them log back on

My friend avatar is loged in sl all day and everyday and he cant seem to even log on it and no one seem to be able to tp to where that avatar is because its just not there O.o but its showing up in radar and my friend cant log in his avatar...... can someone tell me how to try and help my friend fix this please??

Your friend should also try what is suggested on the grid status page about this particular issue first.

There are rolling restarts due for tomorrow. The sim on which your friend is currently "ghosted" may be among those which are scheduled for a restart. This will clear their stuck presence also.
