I followed the stuck in Presence thing but i still cant log in..

Keep trying it.  Patience.  And when you DO finally get on, be sure to TP to the sim where you logged off (or crashed) before.  That step is necessary, to get rid of the ghost.  If all else fails, contact Live Chat if you are  Premium member or file a support ticket if you are Basic.   Or wait a few days.  LL is apparently putting a fix into the next rollout of server upgrades in mid-week.
