I am a victum of stuck presence. Stuck in POLASIDO as are my friends - can you reset that region?

Nope. I can't reset the sim, sorry. I'm a resident, just like you - everyone in this section of the forums is a resident. We have no power to do that sort of thing. Contact the sim owner, and request that they submit a ticket for a region restart. They may also be able to restart it themselves, so see what they can do.

In the meantime, have you tried logging in somewhere else? Log out of SL, reopen the viewer, and on the bottom of your screen, by the username and password fields, should be something labelleg "login to" or similar. There a drop-down box with three options. Default is "last location." You can change that to "home" or "enter location" (or similar). Type in where you'd like to go. Smith or Pooley are good, if you can't think of any others off the top of your head.
