At your Dashboard in your account page is a Transaction History. You will be able to see where the L$ went.

If you see or suspect Abuse in SL, you may file an Inworld Abuse Report.

If you are a Premium Resident, you may contact SL Support at anytime, if you have a question for which you cannot find resolution.

Doubling your L$ does sound a little too good to be true.

This scam is encountered fairly often.  You rez an object.  It requests access to your account.  You click Yes, and it drains away all your money.

The scammer is taking advantage of two things.

1.  There is a script function which lets an object access your account.  This is needed for devices like vendors, so that they can give customer refunds.  However, scammers can use it too.

2.  People ignore notifications and requests for permission to do things, and just click Yes automatically.

Read those notifications before you click Yes!!!  And file an abuse report on the owner of this object.
