Has anyone seen this. We cannot find it in google or SL search or blogs or anywhere. Looks like  acommunication error but we cannot figure out what is causing it.,

There's an inventory database maintenance ongoing. That's why. Check the grid status on your dashboard for updates:

I am also getting this error message, and its annoying, but it doesnt happen on every sim i visit, only certain ones. so it could be a grid / server issue as well, but dont quote me on that, as i have no idea.
