where do I offer my skills in custom avatar creation for businesses?

Hello, I have skills in creating avatars and designing outfits from RL photos. Where do I go to offer this service to RL businesses and corporations who use SL as a tool?

You may do a search in these lists of RL brands using Second Life:

1) See great valerie's answer.

2) See the SL land/groups of that RL corportaions. Contact politely with owner/creator.

3) If really they are RL corporations, use RL tools for contact, advertising...

Your are welcome Esther. :smileyhappy: As far as I know, there are no public statistics or figures about how many RL companies are using SL. Linden Labs has stopped publishing statistics in general since 2009. I hope you succeed to find what you are looking for however, and wish you the best of luck!

How do I find the creator/owner when on the land?

Do a search for the group by its name. Look at group's charter: it shows the name of the founder. Here is an example:

UMP Second Life

Founder : Patrice Shepherd

Click on his name to open his profile and send a message.

As Valerie says for group creator. About owner of land, go to Menu > About land and see the owner. If the land is group owned, open the group and as Valerie says
