ACCOUNT FAIL

i have an account that when u start to log in the part that says loading world crashes the viewe... i can log into texted based viewers fine.... and i can log into other accounts fine and have no problems idk what to do if anyone can help PLZ post here

Since you can login with other accounts, it sounds that the avatar you're having issues with has corrupted files. Try clearing the cache for this account only from outside SL. Make sure you localize the proper username cache on your hard drive. The instructions below are from Phoenix but work for all viewers.

Make sure you log back in a quiet region once this is done, as explained in the link (you can aslo log in Smith, Pooley or Aqua regions).

Hello Cici. If you are able to log in with your other accounts, did you try to log in a different region? Protected lands like Smith or Exeuxoa are recommended. If it doesn't work, clear your cache under preferences in your log in screen and try again. It is suggested to do that periodically, especially if you use more than one accounts with the same computer / laptop.
