Group Join

I bought a Group Joiner script off the Marketplace.  I think I followed the instructions correctly, when I click on it, I get the Place Information sign that comes up with the following message... "Information about this location is unavailable at this time, please try again later."  Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, I am not a scripter so this is very confusing.

If you didn't have to enter the group key, check to be sure the object is set to the group you want it to issue invites to.  If you had to enter th group key, check to be sure it is right.  Otherwise it may be the group itself.  Check to see if its up and if its functioning property.
