I have a Classified Ad that I cannot remove for Katayama Originals, I no longer own the property and the ad is being charged every week.

 

Please cancel the classified ad please

We can't. The Lindens don't read this section of the forums, so asking here for something to be removed won't help anything. Hopefully another resident here can give you some advice about this, but if not, you can call billing support and see if they can help.

This is a long shot, but try going into your dash board. I seem to recall seeing something in there about removing classifieds. Sorry I cant be more specific, as it was like 2 years ago I saw this, but anything is worth a shot. Failing that Customer or Billing Support should be able to help you. Good luck

Thanks for this question, it made me go find my own classifieds in the new layout!

Have you tried the following:

1.  While in world, click Me/Profile

2.  Click the Picks tab

3.  Click the Classifieds tab to see your Classifieds.

4.  Pick the one you want to stop.  Click the Trash Can icon at the bottom of the window, then confirm you want to delete the ad.

I know this answer is long gone but why don't they put this info on how to cancel an ad with the info on how to place one? I know I spent some time trying to find this answer. Just a suggestion
