I'm age verified but can't get mature option, preferences only show general or general and mature in option drop down box

That could be a glitch in your viewer. Reinstall a fresh copy or try to set your maturity ratings in a third party viewer. Once they are set in one viewer, this is registrated for all.

Have you tried to log out and then restart the viewer? If you where online while you did the verification, this could easily slove the problem.

Good answers Lena.  Also in you viewer, do a CTRL P.  Then in the general tab make sure adult is checked too!  Hope this helps!

Hello LenaLez and welcome to SL Forums. If you are "stuck" in General only regions, although you got Age Verification and assuming that your efforms to have access to Adult ones failed, you have to submit a ticket under account issues. Report there the problem and wait for a reply and instructions. If you have access to General and Moderate regions, try to add payment info in your account. This will normally fix your issue. Good luck.
