One date for finish the submmisions. And a differnt day (one/two days later?) for finish the votes. I think it would help both those submitting entries and those wishing to vote to have sufficient time to do what they want to do. I have seen half a dozen I would want to give kudos to. Then it wouldn't matter if we voted early, it would be overall kudos that was counted up.
